For all UK orders we offer Free Delivery with Royal Mail or DPD and the service is Next Day from when the parcel has been shipped. Delivery to all international customers is free on orders of £500 or over. All parcels require a signature at the time of delivery and are fully insured until they are signed for.

If for any reason your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to the local sorting office. You will need to provide a form of identification to pick up your order at this stage.

For all of our UK orders we offer free standard delivery via DPD. The delivery takes place within 2-3 working days, whereby the package can be accepted against signature at the specified delivery address. The package is fully insured until the time of signing. Store Collection

Any item purchased has to be collected within 90 days of reception at the store. If the order is not collected within 90 days, it will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee of the full order value.

Next Day Delivery/Collection on Selected Jewellery

For UK orders with products eligible for next day delivery in this section. Order before 2pm UK time to get your order the next working day. All parcels require a signature at the time of delivery and are fully insured until they are signed for. If for any reason your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to the local collection point. You will need to provide a form of identification to pick up your order at this stage. Most of our products are made-to-order by our expert craftsmen, this enables us to pass on the savings directly to you, we make the your chosen jewellery to order. This usually takes between 2-3 working weeks and 3-4 working weeks for bespoke items. Quick delivery jewellery is ready to be shipped and will be with you in 2-3 working days. Once your product has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number, to allow you to track your order.
All our products are individually labelled with specific delivery time given on product pages.

Tracking your order

Updates regarding your order should be available approximately two weeks after it has been placed. Once your product has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email to allow you to check the status of your delivery. If you have any issues regarding tracking your order please email us at [email protected] so we can look into this for you.

If a delay in your delivery should occur, we will keep you updated on your order status and provide a new delivery date. We will not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer on account of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

Delivering to an alternative address

If for any reason you wish to have your product delivered to an alternative address to your billing address, we require the following information from you:

  • A copy of the card holder’s photo ID - passport or driving license is recommended.

  • A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement - dated from the last 3 months, in order for us to verify your billing address.

  • VAT is eligible for all shipments inside the EU. If you are located outside of the EU territory or in a country which is exempt of VAT, simply contact our Customer Care Team +353 (0)1 920 3022 so they can help you place your order over the telephone.

  • A letter of authorisation which gives us permission to send to an alternative address. This must be printed and hand signed by the cardholder. We can email you the format which you can use to print and sign.

VAT

All products available on the website are inclusive of VAT. The VAT Retail Export Scheme allows the VAT amount to be reimbursed to customers who have purchased goods in the EU and then export them outside the EU. Please note that orders from Austen & Blake are not eligible for the VAT Retail Export Scheme because Neve Jewels LTD is an Internet-based company, therefore not eligible to participate.

VAT is eligible for all shipments inside the EU. If you are located outside of the EU territory or in a country which is exempt of VAT, simply contact our Customer Care Team +353 (0)1 920 3022 so they can help you place your order over the telephone.

We are able to deliver to Channel Island customers. As you are also eligible for VAT refunds, orders must be placed by phone. Please get in contact with our Customer Care Team on +353 (0)1 920 3022 should you wish to place an order.

We are confident that your order will be safe as we use the leading, most-trusted delivery companies. For further peace of mind, your jewellery is insured in the event of loss, theft or damage, until it is signed for.

If for any reason, you wish to return your order, it is your responsibility to insure your jewellery during transit. Unfortunately, we do not accept any responsibility for any items that are lost during transit when they are being returned.

Your order will arrive in plain and discreet packaging to minimise the risk of theft. This is in accordance with our secure packaging in transit policy, where our external packaging makes no reference to our brand name or the type of item that is inside. Don’t worry though, your order will be beautifully packaged on the inside!

We don't offer gift cards at the moment but if you are buying a gift, our 60 days return policy gives you plenty of time to return your order if you're unhappy. Your item(s) must be in an unworn and pristine condition for a full refund or exchange and with the original tag attached or alongside the product.

All returns will be assessed by our operations team prior to being accepted. Assessment usually takes between 7-10 days to be processed.

Engraved items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged.

Bespoke and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
